INITIAL EXHALATION

Exhaling directly and fully in four counts, bend forward with your spine and arms stretched and controlled to place your palms on the floor. Curl your toes under and, for a moment, suspend your body in a straight line on your toes and palms, with your arms straight and perpendicular to the floor.

When stretching forward, your palms should be placed to be at the level of your shoulders, as in the Snake Yantra.

CENTRAL INHALATION

Without pausing, inhale directly and forcefully in two counts and arch your head and torso back while remaining suspended on your hands and toes.
